Key Responsibilities
  • Process and validate commission payments for Agency, Banca, Group Life, Conventional, and Takaful business channels.
  • Calculate and process bonuses, incentives, sales promotions, and other approved reward schemes.
  • Perform commission reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain agent liability schedules and commission-related reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with business and IT teams for commission system enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with approved commission structures, company policies, and audit requirements.
Competencies Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS excel, time management, strong communication skills, and strong coordination skills.
Qualification Required Bachelor’s or above
