Key Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to monitor, maintain, and support the computer systems and networks of Adamjee Life. The incumbent will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical and application-related problems—either remotely or in person.
Competencies Hardware & software problem diagnosis & its rectification, Troubleshooting of LAN, WAN & systems, Installation & configuration of Linux/ Ubuntu OS, IT inventory Management, Knowledge of emerging technologies, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, a Team player
Qualification Required Bachelor’s in Computer Science
