Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee recruitment of Direct Sales Force (DSFs) and insurance agents while ensuring compliance with SECP regulations and company policies.
  • Manage code issuance and conduct AML screening before onboarding.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of contract letters while maintaining records.
  • Conduct thorough background verification
  • Facilitate the induction of employees into the health insurance plan and manage claims processing efficiently.
  • Coordinate and oversee the issuance of company vehicles, emails, and IT Equipment’s to eligible sales staff in line with company policies.
Competencies Strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving and proactive approach
