Sixteen various insurance companies unite together to create a challenging game field. In 2016, our cricket enthusiast’s celebrated their joyous win by bringing back the trophy.

    This intensive course, based on the latest techniques and trends in the field of management was specially designed for Adamjee Life employees to reflect our Core Competencies. This program is led by a highly qualified team of expert professors from LUMS.
  • Leadership Development Plan (LDP)

    A program designed to enhance the leadership skills of the top tier management and functional heads.
  • Executive Development Plan (EDP)

    This program caters the needs of the executives. Individuals are sent to renowned universities like Harvard and MIT to pursue trainings that fulfil the growing needs in their job role. Adamjee Life executives are given an opportunity to explore individual strengths, increase understanding of effective leadership and refine strategies for a sustained advantage. Through a unique blend of case studies & simulation, the program drew focus on developing greater confidence, creativity, resourcefulness, initiative and solutions-finding and problem-solving capabilities, project management so that executives can operate and perform at a higher strategic level and drive organizational performance at Adamjee Life.
  • Employee Engagement Survey

    As a growing organization, our first priority is our people. We believe in Adamjee Life’s continuous improvement by creating a higher level of employee engagements, building sustainable employee relations and optimizing work environment. We consider our people as our top asset and this survey helps us to learn and grow as we make our way towards being the employer of choice. The ‘Employer Opinion Survey’ was formulated in collaboration with Mercer International to improve our functions, processes and internal customer services.

Town-Hall

Adamjee Life promotes a two-way open communication forum. The senior management team initiates by providing insights on the overall performance, achievements of the previous quarter and highlights the initiatives with emphasis on the way forward.

Followed by the de-briefing, the floor is open to questions for employees to provide feedback, comments and suggestions on broad range of topics pertaining to the organization.
